Hourly Consulting services from Above the Fold Creative, LLC are billed at the stated hourly rate, with fees based solely on actual hours worked. All consulting services are provided without ongoing obligations, retainers, or minimum hourly commitments unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Hours will be tracked, documented, and invoiced accordingly. Payment for hourly services is due upon receipt of the invoice, and all billed hours and charges are final.
